How do I change the Caller ID for calls forwarded from my Twilio number in Eazylio? How does the "Press 1 to Connect" feature work in Eazylio? Answer:

  • Yes, You Can: Each Twilio number in your Eazylio account has its own Answering Call Settings.


  • Customize Caller ID: For each number, go to Settings > Twilio Number Settings, select the number, and customize the Caller ID option to either show the Source Number (caller’s number) or the Twilio Number (number dialed by the caller).


  • Save Settings: After configuring the Caller ID for each number, click Save Settings.
