How does the "Press 1 to Connect" feature work in Eazylio?

Answer:


  • Enable Press 1 to Connect: Log into your Eazylio account, go to Settings > Twilio Number Settings, select the number, and click Edit Settings under Answering Call Settings.


  • Activate the Feature: Check the Press 1 to Connect box to enable the feature. When active, you will be prompted by a robovoice to press 1 before the call connects.


  • Response Time: You have 10 seconds to press 1. If you do not respond in time, the call will proceed to the next step in your call flow or be dropped.
