Answer:


  • Go to Twilio Number Settings: Log into Eazylio, then go to Settings > Twilio Number Settings, and select the number you want to configure.


  • Edit Notification Settings: Scroll to the Notifications section and click Edit Settings.


  • Enable Call Duration: Check the boxes for Show Call Duration under both SMS and Email notifications to include the duration of each call in the notification.


  • Save Changes: Click Save Settings to apply the updated notification settings.
