  • Edit Call Flow Settings: Log into Eazylio, navigate to Settings > Twilio Number Settings, and select the number you want to configure.


  • Add "Send SMS to Caller" Step: Click Edit Settings under Incoming Call Settings, then click + Insert Step and choose Send SMS to Caller.


  • Write the SMS Message: Enter the message content you want to send to the caller.


  • Position the Step: Place this step at the appropriate point in the call flow, such as after a voicemail or menu option.


  • Save Changes: Click Save Settings to ensure the SMS is sent when the call reaches this step.
