Answer:


  • Access the Call Flow Settings: Log into your Eazylio account and go to Settings > Twilio Number Settings. Select the number you want to configure and click Edit Settings under the Incoming Call Settings section.


  • Enable Call Recording: Select the checkbox for Record Calls to enable recording. Make sure to notify callers that the call will be recorded, as per legal requirements.
