Answer:


  • Go to Twilio Number Settings: Log into Eazylio and select Settings > Twilio Number Settings. Choose the number you wish to configure.


  • Edit Call Flow: Click Edit Settings in the Incoming Call Settings section.


  • Add "Forward to Mobile" Step: Click + Insert Step and select Forward to Mobile.


  • Enter Mobile Number: Provide the mobile number to which you want to forward calls and set the duration (in seconds) for how long the call will ring before moving to the next step.


  • Save Your Changes: Click Save Settings to ensure the call forwarding is applied.
