  • Access Twilio Number Settings: Log into your Eazylio account and navigate to Settings > Twilio Number Settings. Select the number you want to configure.


  • Edit Notifications: Scroll to the Notifications section and click Edit Settings.


  • Enable Call Recording Link: Check the box for Show Call Recording Link under both SMS and Email notifications if you want to include a link to the call recording in the notifications.


  • Save Your Changes: Click Save Settings to apply the changes.
