To manage after-hours calls, create two Call Flows:


  • First
    Call Flow
    : Active only during your business hours, forwarding calls to your mobile or team.


  • Second Call Flow: Active for all days and times, forwarding calls to Voicemail for after-hours handling.


  • Place the second Call Flow to the right of the first one. This ensures calls outside business hours are automatically routed to voicemail.
